芪丹舒心汤联合辛伐他汀片对心肌梗死伴高脂血症患者心室重建及血管内皮功能的影响

Effects of Qidan Shuxin decoction combined with simvastatin tablets on ventricular reconstruction and endothelial function in patients with myocardial infarction and hyperlipidemia

目的探讨芪丹舒心汤联合辛伐他汀片对心肌梗死伴高脂血症患者心室重建及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月于本院治疗的68例心肌梗死伴高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予辛伐他汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合芪丹舒心汤治疗,比较两组心功能指标及血管内皮功能指标。结果治疗后,两组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均短于治疗前,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组LVEDD、LVESD短于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组内皮素(ET)水平低于治疗前,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血清一氧化氮(NO)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组ET水平低于对照组,CGRP、NO水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用芪丹舒心汤联合辛伐他汀片治疗心肌梗死伴高脂血症患者疗效显著,可有效改善心功能及血管内皮功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qidan Shuxin decoction combined with simvastatin tablets on ventricular reconstruction and vascular endothelial function in patients with myocardial infarction and hyperlipidemia.Methods 68 patients with myocardial infarction and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simvastatin tablets,and the observation group was treated with Qidan Shuxin decoction on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in the two groups were shorter than before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than before treatment,and LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelin(ET)level in the two groups was lower than before treatment,the calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and serum nitric oxide(NO)levels were higher than before treatment,and the ET level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the CGRP and NO levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qidan Shuxin decoction combined with simvastatin tablets is effective in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction and hyperlipidemia,which can effectively improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and is worthy of clinical application..
