超声引导下经直肠和经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术的临床应用比较

Comparison of clinical application effect of transrectal prostate biopsy and transperineal prostate biopsy guided by ultrasound

目的比较超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺和经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的96例行前列腺穿刺术患者作为研究对象,随机分为经直肠前列腺穿刺组(n=49)和经会阴前列腺穿刺组(n=47)。经直肠前列腺穿刺组采用经直肠前列腺穿刺,经会阴前列腺穿刺组采用会阴前列腺穿刺,比较两组并发症及检出率。结果两组检出率比较差异无统计学意义;两组血尿、附睾炎、术后疼痛、尿潴留并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义,经直肠前列腺穿刺组术后血便、发热发生率均高于经会阴前列腺穿刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经会阴前列腺穿刺术后发生血便、发热等并发症的可能性更小,较经直肠前列腺穿刺组更有优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical application effect of transrectal prostate biopsy and transperineal prostate biopsy guided by ultrasound.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent prostate puncture in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into transrectal prostate biopsy group(n=49)and transperineal prostate biopsy group(n=47).The transrectal prostate biopsy was used in the transrectal prostate biopsy group,and the transperineal prostate biopsy was used in the transperineal prostate biopsy group,the complications and detection rates were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate between the two groups.There were no differences in the incidence of hematuria,epididymitis,postoperative pain,and urinary retention.However,the probability of postoperative bloody stool and fever in the transrectal prostate biopsy group was significantly higher than that transperineal prostate biopsy group.Conclusion After transperineal prostate biopsy,complications such as bloody stool and fever are less likely to occur,it has more advantages than the transrectal prostate puncture group and can be used in clinical applications.
