葛根芩连汤加减药方治疗高龄胃肠湿热型2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Gegenqinlian decoction plus or minus prescription on elderly patients with gastrointestinal damp-heat type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨葛根芩连汤加减药方治疗高龄胃肠湿热型2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2021年1月本院收治的84例胃肠湿热型T2DM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规降糖方式治疗,观察组在常规降糖方式基础上加以葛根芩连汤加减药方治疗,比较两组血糖指标、胰岛素用量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血糖蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第1、2、4、8周胰岛素用量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤加减药方治疗高龄胃肠湿热型T2DM效果显著,能降低患者血糖指标水平,减少胰岛素用量,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect Gegenqinlian decoction plus or minus prescription on elderly patients with gastrointestinal damp-heat type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 84 patients with T2DM of gastrointestinal dampness-heat admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic methods,and the observation group was treated with Gegenqinlian decoction plus or minus prescription on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic methods.The blood glucose indexes,insulin dosage and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated glycaemic protein(HbA1c)levels in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin dosage in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at week 1,2,4 and 8,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoction plus or minus prescription has significant effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat type T2DM in elderly patients,which can reduce the level of blood glucose index and insulin dosage in patients,and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
