锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折的效果及对骨折愈合的影响

Effect of locking compression plate internal fixation on clavicular fracture and its influence on fracture healing

目的分析锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折的效果及对患者骨折愈合的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的100例锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照住院单双号分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组接受切开复位骨折锁定钢板术治疗,研究组接受锁钉加压钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组围术期临床指标、肩关节功能优良率、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症率及生命质量。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义;研究组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肩关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折效果显著,可优化围术期指标,提高肩关节功能优良率,促使骨折愈合,且术后并发症少,改善生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicular fracture and its influence on the fracture healing of patients.Methods 100 patients with clavicular fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the hospitalization order number,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received open reduction and fracture locking plate,while the study group received locking nail compression plate internal fixation.The perioperative clinical indexes,excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function,fracture healing time,postoperative complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups;The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The fracture healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of psychological function,physical function,material life and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture has significant effect,can optimize perioperative indicators,improve the rate of excellent and good shoulder joint function,promote fracture healing,and postoperative complications are less,improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
