引导式教育训练联合低频脉冲反馈电刺激对产后早期盆底功能康复及盆底肌肉张力的影响

Effects of guided education and training combined with low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation on pelvic floor functional rehabilitation and pelvic floor muscle tone in early postpartum period

摘要 目的研究引导式教育训练联合低频脉冲反馈电刺激对产后早期盆底功能康复及盆底肌肉张力的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年7月本院接诊的78例足月阴道分娩产妇作为研究对象,按接诊时间分为研究组与对照组,每组39例。对照组行常规产后康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上行引导式教育训练联合低频脉冲反馈电刺激,比较两组干预前后盆底肌肉恢复情况、尿动力学指标及预后情况。结果研究组产后盆底肌分级正常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组产妇阴道收缩压均高于干预前,收缩时间均长于干预前,且研究组产妇阴道收缩压高于对照组,收缩时间长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组最大尿流率(Qmax)、最大尿道压(MUP)水平明显高于对照组,尿流时间(VT)明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用引导式教育训练与低频脉冲反馈电刺激有助于促进产妇产后盆底功能康复,改善泌尿功能,减少产后并发症,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of guided education and training combined with low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation on pelvic floor functional rehabilitation and pelvic floor muscle tone in the early postpartum period.Methods A total of 78 women with full-term vaginal delivery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the time of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation training,and the research group received guided education training combined with low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The recovery of pelvic floor muscles,urodynamic indexes and prognosis of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results The normal rate of postpartum pelvic floor muscle grading in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the systolic blood pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the systolic time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)and maximum urethral pressure(MUP)levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the urine flow time(VT)was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of guided education training and low-frequency pulse feedback electrical stimulation can promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function,improve urinary function and reduce postpartum complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
