细节优质护理在电子显微支气管镜检查中的应用效果

Application effect of detail quality nursing in patients undergoing electron microscopic bronchoscopy and fiberoptic bronchoscopy

目的探讨细节优质护理在电子显微支气管镜(纤支镜)检查中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7—12月本院内二科收治的60例纤支镜检查患者作为观察组,另选取2020年1—6月60例纤支镜检查患者作为对照组。观察组采用细节优质护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组健康知识掌握情况、焦虑情绪及配合度。结果干预后,观察组检查目的、术前准备、术中过程及术后注意事项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,检查配合度好占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节优质护理能提高纤支镜检查患者的疾病认知,缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高检查配合度。

Objective To explore the effect of detail quality nursing on anxiety and coordination of patients undergoing electronic bronchoscopy(fiberoptic bronchoscope).Methods 60 patients with bronchofibroscopy who were admitted to the second department of our hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and60 patients with bronchofibroscopy from January to June 2020 were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with detailed high-quality nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The mastery of health knowledge,anxiety and cooperation between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of examination purpose,preoperative preparation,intraoperative process and postoperative precautions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the inspection compatibility was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality detail nursing can improve the patients'cognition of disease,reduce their anxiety and improve their cooperation.
