医院手术室护士工作态度现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the status quo of working attitude of operating room nurses in hospital and analysis of influencing factors

目的调查医院手术室护士工作态度现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月西安市3所三级甲等综合医院451名手术室护士作为研究对象。设计一般情况调查表,采用工作态度测评表及工作满意度评定量表评价手术室护士工作态度与工作满意度,分析工作态度的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,消极组与积极组的科室选择方式、职业喜欢程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,科室选择方式、职业喜欢程度(比较喜欢、一般)均为手术室护士工作态度的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。积极组的工作满意度评定量表各项评分及总分高于消极组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士工作态度均偏消极。工作满意度高的手术室护士工作态度较好,医院及手术室管理者应了解手术室护士工作态度主要影响因素及工作需求,采取具有针对性的措施,促使手术室护士形成积极稳定的工作态度。

Objective To investigate the status quo of working attitude of operating room nurses in hospital,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 451 operating room nurses from three tertiary general hospitals in Xi'an from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The general situation questionnaire was designed,and the work attitude and job satisfaction of operating room nurses were evaluated by work attitude evaluation scale and job satisfaction evaluation scale,and the influencing factors of work attitude were analyzed.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in department selection methods and professional preferences between the negative group and the positive group(P<0.05).The results of unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that department selection methods and professional preferences(mole live,ingeneral)were the independent influencing factors of the working attitude of operating room nurses(P<0.05).The job satisfaction evaluation scale scores and total score of the positive group were higher than those of the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion The working attitude of operating room nurses was negative.The operating room nurses with high job satisfaction have better working attitude.Hospital and operating room managers should understand the main influencing factors of operating room nurses'working attitude and working needs,and taking targeted measures to promote operating room nurses to form a positive and stable working attitude.
