健脾疏肝方灌肠对肛窦炎患者疼痛介质水平及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Jianpi Shugan recipe enema on pain mediators levels and immune function in patients with anal sinusitis

目的分析健脾疏肝方灌肠在肛窦炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月我院收治的80例肛窦炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组接受普济痔疮栓治疗,试验组接受健脾疏肝方灌肠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、复发率、疼痛介质水平及免疫功能。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,试验组的P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,试验组的自然杀伤(NK)细胞、白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3+)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4+)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4+/CD8+)高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8+)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾疏肝方灌肠用于肛窦炎患者中能有效减轻疼痛症状,改善免疫功能,降低复发率,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Jianpi Shugan recipe enema in patients with anal sinusitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with anal sinusitis admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Puji hemorrhoids suppository,and the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Shugan recipe enema.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,pain mediators levels and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of substance P(SP),neuropeptide Y(NPY)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the natural killer(NK)cell,cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3+),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4+),cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4+/CD8+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shugan recipe enema applied in patients with anal sinusitis can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve immune function and reduce recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
