情感支持联合针对性心理护理对已婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者负面情绪及社会支持的影响

Effects of emotional support combined with targeted psychological nursing on negative emotions and social support in married patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing unilateral salpingectomy

目的探讨情感支持联合针对性心理护理对已婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者负面情绪及社会支持的影响。方法选择2019年5月至2021年5月在本院诊治的120例已婚异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和干预组,每组60例。常规组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上加施情感支持联合针对性心理护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于干预前,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的主观支持、客观支持及支持利用度评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组的月经恢复时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道出血消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论情感支持联合针对性心理护理可帮助已婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者有效缓解负面情绪,提高社会支持度,有助于加快患者术后康复。

Objective To explore the effects of emotional support combined with targeted psychological nursing on negative emotions and social support in married patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing unilateral salpingectomy.Methods A total of 120 married patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given emotional support combined with targeted psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of subjective support,objective support and support utilization in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery time,abdominal pain disappearance time and vaginal bleeding disappearance time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional support combined with targeted psychological nursing can help married patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing unilateral salpingectomy effectively relieve negative emotions,improve their social support,and help speed up postoperative recovery.
