基于IMB模型的护理干预在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果及对其肺功能与遵医行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧理念(IMB)模型的护理干预在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果及对其肺功能与遵医行为的影响。方法以随机数字表法将2019年11月至2021年11月于本院接受治疗的100例支气管哮喘患者分为对照组(n=50,常规护理干预)与观察组(n=50,基于IMB模型的护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的遵医行为、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)及简明健康状况量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC及6 min步行距离(6MWD)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的护理干预能有效促进支气管哮喘患者遵医行为、自我效能与自护能力提高,改善肺功能及生活质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in patients with bronchial asthma and its influences on their lung function and compliance behavior.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were divided into control group(n=50,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=50,nursing intervention based on IMB model)by random number method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of compliance behavior,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and each dimension of 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and 6 min walking distance(6MWD)were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on IMB model can effectively promote the compliance behavior,self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with bronchial asthma,and improve lung function and quality of life.
