高氧水和戊己丸对幽门螺杆菌的抑菌作用研究

摘要 目的:观察高氧水和戊己丸对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的抑菌作用,检测戊己丸、高氧水对Hp的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度,比较高氧水和戊己丸对Hp的抑菌作用。方法:将菌株激活培养传代后制备菌液,通过抑菌圈实验观察高氧水、古方戊己丸、药典戊己丸、生理盐水、阿莫西林对Hp的抑制作用。采用抑菌效果较好的戊己丸、高氧水、高氧戊己汤对菌液进行干预后测得其最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果:古方戊己丸的抑菌圈直径大于药典戊己丸。古方戊己丸、高氧水、生理盐水、阿莫西林的抑菌圈直径分别为(25.4±0.7)mm、(12.2±0.8)mm、(6.7±0.0)mm、(12.1±0.9)mm。古方戊己丸、高氧水、高氧戊己汤的MIC分别为31.25、62.50、31.25 mg/mL,MBC分别为62.50、250.00、62.50 mg/mL。结论:戊己丸和高氧水对Hp均有抑制作用。 Objective:To observe the bacteriostatic effect of high oxygen solution and Wuji Pill on helicobacter pylori(Hp),detect the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of Wuji Pill and high oxygen solution on Hp,and compare the bacteriostatic effect of high oxygen solution and Wuji Pill on Hp.Methods:The bacteria liquid was prepared after the activation and culture of the strain for passage,and the inhibitory effect of high oxygen solution,ancient prescription Wuji Pill(古方戊己丸),pharmacopoeia Wuji Pill(药典戊己丸),normal saline,and amoxicillin on Hp were observed through the inhibition zone experiment.The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of Wuji Pill,high oxygen water and high oxygen Wuji decoction(高氧戊己汤)with good bacteriostatic effect were measured after the intervention of bacterial solution.Result:The antibacterial circle diameter of the ancient prescription Wuji Pill was larger than that of the pharmacopoeia Wuji Pill.The diameter of the bacteriostatic zone of the ancient prescription Wuji Pill,hyperoxia,saline and amoxicillin were(25.4±0.7)mm,(12.2±0.8)mm,(6.7±0.0)mm and(12.1±0.9)mm,respectively.The MIC of the ancient formula Wuji Pill,high oxygen water,and high oxygen Wuji decoction were 31.25,62.50,and 31.25 mg/mL,respectively,and the MBC was 62.50,250.00,and 62.50 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:Both Wuji Pill and high oxygen solution have inhibitory effects on Hp.
