从“心合小肠”浅析肠道菌群与多囊卵巢综合征的关系

The Relationship between Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Intestinal Flora Based on the Theory of"Heart Connecting with Small Intestine"

在“心合小肠”理论指导下,探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的病因病机与肠道菌群的相关性。从生理上,小肠主液,与PCOS“精阴”的生成密切相关,胞宫藏泻有度依赖于“心合小肠”功能的正常发挥;从经络上,心与小肠互为表里,通过经络循行与女子胞相通,与冲任共主女子月经、带下。现代医学提出的“脑-肠轴”参与调控PCOS发生发展全过程,“心合小肠”涵盖了“微生物-肠-卵巢轴”范畴,因此提出“心宁则肠安,肠安则心明”治则,为PCOS的中医防治提供新思路。

Under the guidance of theory of"Heart Connecting with Small Intestine",this paper explores the correlation between the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome and intestinal flora.Physiologically,the main fluid of the small intestine is closely related to the generation of"essence yin"of PCOS,and the purgation of the uterus depends on the normal function of"Heart Connecting with Small Intestine".According to meridians,the heart and small intestine are the internal and external organs of each other.They communicate with the uterus through the meridian circulation and control menstruation and vaginal discharge with Chong Ren.The"brain gut axis"proposed by modern medicine is involved in regulating the whole process of PCOS occurrence and development."Heart Connecting with Small Intestine"covers the category of"microbe gut ovary axis".Therefore,the principle of"inner peace helps intestinal safety and intestinal peace performs inner clear"is proposed to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of PCOS in Chinese medicine.
