摘要
我国石油化工生产环境十分复杂,对温度、压力均提出了较高的要求,在满足条件的情况下,才可以进行生产活动,同时在开展生产过程中,也会面临一定的危险因素和安全隐患。采用自动化仪表进行可靠性分析,有利于促进我国石油化工企业在未来实现高速发展,当前工业技术水平在不断地提升,相关技术人员应当合理控制自动化仪表的参数和指标,灵活利用现代工艺技术的优势,不断提高所获得数据的准确性。本文主要围绕自动化仪表在石油化工罐区中的应用策略进行分析,有利于全面提高石油化工企业生产效率。
China's petrochemical production environment is very complex,and high requirements are put forward for temperature and pressure.Only when the conditions are met can normal production activities be carried out.At the same time,certain risk factors and potential safety hazards will also be faced during the production process.The use of automated instruments for reliability analysis is conducive to promoting the rapid development of China's petrochemical enterprises in the future.The current industrial technology level is constantly improving.Relevant technical personnel should reasonably control the parameters and indicators of automated instruments,flexibly use the advantages of modern technology,and continuously improve the accuracy of the data obtained.This paper mainly analyzes the application strategy of automatic instruments in petrochemical tank farm,which is beneficial to comprehensively improve the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises.
