摘要
考察了不同聚合温度条件下,BCT催化剂在丙烯聚合中的性能表现。结果表明,随着聚合温度的升高,催化剂聚合活性逐渐升高,当聚合温度达到77℃时,聚合活性最高,并随着温度的继续升高而降低;BCT催化剂的立体定向能力随聚合温度的升高而不断提高;随着聚合反应温度的升高,聚合产物的堆积密度先升高后稳定,聚合产物细粉含量先降低后升高,聚合反应温度为77℃时,聚合产物细粉量最少。
The performance of BCT catalyst in propylene polymerization at different polymerization temperatures was investigated.The results show that activity of the catalyst increases gradually with the increase of polymerization temperature.When the polymerization temperature reaches 77℃,the polymerization activity is the highest,then decreases with the increase of temperature.The stereotactic ability of BCT catalyst increases with increasing of polymerization temperature.With the increase of polymerization temperature,the bulk density of polymerization products first increased and then stabilized,and the fine powder content of polymerization products first decreased and then increased.When the polymerization temperature was 77℃,the fine powder content of polymerization products was the least.
