摘要
为了全面提高炼化装置自动控制系统中仪表的抗干扰能力,首先对仪表干扰的来源进行深入分析,在此基础上,开展炼化装置自动控制系统仪表抗干扰措施研究,为保障自动控制系统中仪表的正常运行奠定基础。研究表明:仪表的干扰来源可以分为3种类型,分别是外部干扰、横向干扰以及纵向干扰,需要针对干扰类型分别采取合理的抗干扰措施,以此保障仪表处于正常工作状态。
In order to comprehensively improve the anti-interference ability of the instruments in the automatic control system of the refining and chemical plant,this study first analyzes the sources of the instrument interference,and on this basis,carries out the research on the anti-interference measures of the instruments in the automatic control system of the refining and chemical plant,laying a foundation for ensuring the normal operation of the instruments in the automatic control system.The research shows that the interference sources of the instrument can be divided into three types,namely external interference,horizontal interference and longitudinal interference.It is necessary to take reasonable anti-interference measures according to the interference types to ensure that the instrument is in normal working condition.
