烟机振动高的对策及其在催化裂化装置中的应用

摘要 主风机组中的烟机是催化裂化装置重要的能量回收设备,维持其平稳状态对该装置的安稳长周期运行具有重要的意义。目前,大多数运行的烟机普遍存在由于催化剂结垢导致的振动偏高,给催化裂化装置的平稳运行带来了极大的隐患。对烟机结垢的原因进行了深入分析和讨论,设计出热涤荡在线除垢的解决方案。该方案可以在不停机的前提下,将烟机的振动从89μm降至43μm,减少停机次数的同时,显著节省了装置的运行成本,对同类问题的解决也有一定的借鉴作用。 The flue gas turbine in the main fan unit is an important energy recovery equipment in the catalytic cracking unit.Maintaining its stable state is of great significance for the safe and stable long-term operation of the unit.At present,most operating flue gas turbine generally have high vibration caused by catalyst scaling,which brings great hidden trouble to the smooth operation of the catalytic cracking unit.This paper deply analyzes and discusses the causes of scaling on the flue gas turbine,and designs an online scale removal scheme using the thermal scrubbing method,The scheme can reduce the vibration of the flue gas turbine from 89μm to 43μm without stopping the machine,which can significantly save the running cost of the device while reducing the number of stops.It can be used for reference to solve similar problems.
