摘要
在石油化工聚丙烯装置中通常会有挤压造粒厂房,此类厂房一般为高层建筑,具有层高大、设备重、结构布置复杂等特点。屋面支承有大体积料仓,料仓质心高、质量大、地震反应明显,给结构设计造成一定难度。鉴于此类厂房的复杂性和重要性,保证结构设计方案合理、计算模型相对接近实际、结构分析计算准确、结构构件设计可靠,成为此类厂房结构设计的重点和难点。本文以某聚丙烯装置中的挤压造粒厂房设计为例,对挤压造粒厂房的结构方案、模型分析、上部结构设计、构件分析、构造要求等几个方面进行了阐述,阐述了此类带高悬心设备厂房的设计要点和注意事项。
In petrochemical polypropylene plant,there are usually Extrusion granulation plant buildings,which are tall buildings with high-rise,heavy equipment,complex structure layout etc.The roof is supported by a large silo,which has a high center of mass,a large mass and obvious seismic response.In view of the complexity and importance of this kind of factory building,it is ensured that the structural design scheme is reasonable,the calculation model is relatively close to the reality,the structural analysis and calculation are accurate,and the structural component design is reliable,become the focal point and difficult point of this kind of factory building structure design.In this paper,the design of extrusion granulation plant in a polypropylene plant is taken as an example,this paper expounds the structural scheme,model analysis,superstructure design,component analysis and structural requirements of the extruded granulation plant,this paper expounds the design points and matters needing attention of this kind of factory building with high suspension equipment.
