摘要
油井高含水开发阶段,抽油机井杆管偏磨严重影响油井正常生产,采用塑料内衬油管治理杆管偏磨取得良好效果,但塑料内衬管壁厚3.4~4.5m,减小了油管内径,限制了能够下入的抽油泵型号,对于小套管油井或进行过套管补贴的油井,限泵径情况更加严重,影响抽油机井采油工艺方案的实施。涂层油管的涂层壁厚约0.7mm,对油管内径影响较小,论文研究采用涂层油管治理偏磨的工艺技术,开展了室内试验,优选出激光熔覆油管,进行的现场应用取得良好效果。
In the period of high water cut production of oil wells,the eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing in pumping unit wells seriously affects the normal production of oil wells.Good results have been achieved by using plastic lined tubing to control the eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing,but the wall thickness of plastic lined tubing is 3.4-4.5m,which reduces the inner diameter of tubing and limits the model of pump that can be used.For small size casing oil wells or oil wells with casing repaired,the restrictions on pump diameter are more serious,affecting the implementation of oil production process plan of pumping unit wells.The coating wall thickness of the coated oil pipe is about 0.7mm,which has little impact on the inner diameter of the oil pipe.The paper studies the technology of using coated oil pipes to control eccentric wear,conducts indoor experiments,and selects laser cladding oil tubing.The onsite application has achieved good results.
