渤海边际油田高效钻井关键技术研究

摘要 渤海A油田地质条件复杂、经济效益边界,属于典型的“边、小、碎、深”油田。同时,油田位于生态红区内,需要采用大位移井技术进行开发,钻井过程中存在井壁失稳、井眼净化困难、机械钻速慢、井眼轨迹控制难度大等复杂问题,严重制约着该区钻井和开发方案实施的进程。针对A油田地层特点及钻井技术难点,开展了井壁稳定性分析、井身结构优化、管柱受力模型分析、井眼轨迹控制优化等技术措施,形成渤海边际油田高效钻井关键技术。上述技术有效解决了A油田高效钻井作业过程中遇到的难题,应用的23口井工程质量合格率100%,共节省钻井工期186.94天。该研究成果对于今后边际油田提速提效探索具有重要的指导意义。 Bohai A Oilfield has complex geological conditions and economic benefits,making it a typical"edge,small,fragmented,and deep"oilfield.At the same time,the oil field is located in the ecological red zone and requires the use of extended displacement well technology for development.During the drilling process,there are complex problems such as wellbore instability,difficulty in wellbore purification,slow mechanical drilling speed,and difficulty in controlling wellbore trajectory,which seriously restrict the implementation of drilling and development plans in the area.In response to the geological characteristics and drilling technical difficulties of Oilfield A,technical measures such as wellbore stability analysis,wellbore structure optimization,string stress model analysis,wellbore trajectory control optimization are carried out to form the key technologies of efficient drilling in the Bohai marginal oilfield.The above technologies have effectively solved the difficulties encountered in the efficient drilling operation of A Oilfield,with a 100%quality qualification rate for the 23 well projects applied,saving a total of 186.94 days in drilling time.This research achievement has important guiding significance for the exploration of increasing speed and efficiency in marginal oil fields in the future.
