SAGD循环注汽影响规律模拟研究

摘要 预热效果是稠油蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)技术水平的一项关键指标。尽管SAGD的工业应用技术已经十分成熟,但现阶段不同的注汽参数对SAGD技术循环预热效果的研究仍然不够深入。通过搭建井筒内流体流动与传热模型,以新疆地区风城油田C2井区为研究对象,搭建了直井—水平井模型,并对该模型进行可靠性分析,与实测结果相对最大相对偏差为7.14%,低于CMG模拟结果的16.6%。 The preheating effect is a key indicator of the level of Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD)technology.Although SAGD technology has been very mature in industrial application,the research of different steam injection parameters on the cycle preheating effect of SAGD technology is still not in-depth.In this study,the fluid flow and heat transfer model in the wellbore was established,and the C2 well area of Fengcheng oilfield in Xinjiang was taken as the research object to establish the vertical well-horizontal well model.The reliability analysis of the model was carried out,and the maximum relative deviation from the measured results was 7.14%,lower than the 16.6%of the CMG simulation results.
