摘要
针对油水井在开发过程中出现的套管损坏、管外串漏、挤堵调层问题,从修井工艺存在的短板着手,开展复合上返注灰桥塞研究与应用配套研究,目前的坐封工具由于外径和内径的制约,只能打桥塞后,再下管柱挤灰,占井周期长。都是运用桥塞坐封或者运用灰浆打隔板封隔油气层,再进行挤灰堵漏的方法。
In response to the problems of casing damage,leakage outside the pipe,and plugging during the development process of oil and water wells,starting from the shortcomings of the well repair process,research and application matching of composite upper return ash injection bridge plugs have been carried out.Currently,due to the limitations of outer diameter and inner diameter,the setting tools can only be used after the bridge plug is installed,and then the pipe string is used to squeeze ash,which takes up a long well cycle.Both are methods of using bridge plugs for sealing or using mortar to seal off oil and gas reservoirs,and then using ash squeezing to block leaks.
