目的 应用骨移植修复老年髋关节翻修术患者的骨缺损。方法 2 8例患者术后通过 X线和骨扫描观察骨移植愈合情况和假体位置 ,并检查髋关节功能。结果 所有病例 8个月至 1年复查显示 ,移植骨愈合和假体位置良好 ,髋关节功能满意。结论 老年人髋关节翻修术时如有骨缺损 ,采用骨移植是手术成败的关键。

Objective 28 cases of Hip revision Operations with bone graft were done on sensile patients during 1988.1～1995.5.Methods The healing of bone graft and location of prothesis were observed by X ray and bone scanning after operation,the function of hip joint was also observed.Results After 8～12 months following up,the healing of bone graft and location of prothesis were well,the function of hip joint was satisfied.Conclusions bone graft is the key of operation the bone defect was observed during the Hip revision Operation.
