高职德育知行转化困境及其突破路径

摘要 知行转化困境是高职德育工作面临的现实挑战。引导学生践行知行合一、提升知行转化效能,是高职院校德育工作的现实任务与真实践履。通过分析高职学生德育知行转化的理念困境、实践困境、环境困境及其成因,从德育体验、道德需求、德育资源、情感教育、文化引领、德育评价六个方面探究突破知行转化困境的实现路径,对提升高职院校德育工作实效性具有重要意义。 The dilemma of knowledge and action transformation is a realistic challenge faced by moral education in higher vocational colleges.It is the realistic task and practice for moral education in higher vocational colleges to guide students to practice the unity of knowledge and practice and improve the efficiency of knowledge and practice transformation.By analyzing the concept,practice,environmental dilemma and causes of the transformation of moral education knowledge and behavior of higher vocational students,it is of great significance to explore the realization path of breaking through the dilemma of knowledge and behavior transformation from six aspects,namely,moral education experience,moral demand,moral education resources,emotional education,cultural guidance and moral education evaluation,so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational colleges.
