乡村振兴背景下乡村公共文化建设的路径研究

Research on the Path of Rural Public Culture Construction under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村问题是关系经济发展与社会和谐的大事。乡村公共文化建设是乡村振兴与国家文化治理的重要举措,也是对乡村文化秩序和文化生态失衡问题的合理应对。习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调要全面统筹乡村基础设施建设和公共文化服务布局,加快建设宜居、宜业的和美乡村,推动乡村公共文化服务高质量发展,推进乡村振兴战略全面深入发展。针对农村基础设施薄弱、公共文化体制机制不健全,人才匮乏等方面存在的一些突出矛盾,从战略实施背景下乡村公共文化建设的意义着手研究乡村振兴,围绕新时期农民群众的“三求”“六盼”,充分发挥好文化先行的优势,提出建设性路径,以此夯实中国乡村文化的根基,进而实现乡村全面振兴。

Rural issues are related to economic development and social harmony.Rural public culture construction is an important to rural revitalization and national cultural governance,as well as a reasonable response to the imbalance of rural cultural order and cultural ecology.General Secretary Xi stressed on the overall planning of rural infrastructural construction and layout of public cultural service on the Party's 2oth National Congress report,speeding up construction of beautiful rural areas suitable for living and working,promoting high-quality development of rural public cultural service,and boosting overall indepth development of rural revitalization strategy.In view of some prominent contradictions in the weak rural infrastructure,unsound public culture system and mechanism,lack of talents and other aspects,it is urgent for us to start from the significance of rural public culture construction under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,center on the"three requests"and"six hopes"of farmers in the new era,give full play to the advantages of cultural precedence and propose constructive ways to consolidate the foundation of Chinese rural culture,so as to realize all-round rural revitalization.
