针对性护理对急性脑梗死患者取栓后并发症预防及肢体功能康复影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Prevention of Complications and Rehabilitation of Limb Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction after Thrombectomy

目的探究针对性护理对急性脑梗死患者取栓后并发症预防及肢体功能康复影响。方法本研究选取了我院2020年8月至2021年8月期间接受取栓术治疗的54例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各27例。对照组在取栓术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予针对性护理,比较两组患者的并发症预防、肢体功能康复情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为3.70%,低于对照组的14.81%(P>0.05);干预后,观察组简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组国国立卫生院卒中评分量表(NIHSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为92.59%,明显高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者取栓后实施针对性护理能预防并发症发生,促进肢体功能康复,改善神经功能缺损、生活自理能力及心理状况,护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the prevention of complications and rehabilitation of limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombectomy.Methods This study selected 54 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent thrombectomy treatment in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 27 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after thrombectomy,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.The prevention of complications and the rehabilitation of limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.70%,lower than 14.81%in the control group(P>0.05);After intervention,the observation group showed significantly higher levels of the Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)and Barthel Index compared to the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Rating Scale(NIHSS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.59%,significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing after thrombectomy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can prevent complications,promote functional recovery of limbs,improve neurological deficits,self-care ability and psychological status,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
