Pender健康促进护理对急性胰腺炎患者自我护理能力的影响

Effect of Pender Health Promotion Care on the Ability to Self-care in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析Pender健康促进护理对急性胰腺炎患者自我护理能力的应用效果;方法对我院在2022年1月至2022年12月收治的106例患有急性胰腺炎患者进行分析,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,对照组实施常规护理与常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础之上实施Pender健康促进护理干预,分析两组患者临床相关数据;结果观察组患者干预后预后相关指标均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后SAS评分以及POMS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后ESCA各项评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);结论在急性胰腺炎患者实施Pender健康促进护理具有显著的临床效果,能够大大提高患者的自我护理能力以及生活质量,且改善患者的心理状态,建议在临床中进一步全面推广并应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Pender health promotion care on self-care ability of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods One hundred and six patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed.Random number method was used to divide them into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing+routine health education,and the observation group was given Pender health promotion nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The prognostic indexes in observation group were shorter than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The SAS score and POMS score of observation group were lower than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,ESCA scores,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Pender health promotion care in patients with acute pancreatitis has significant clinical effects,which can greatly improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life,as well as improve patients'mental state.It is suggested to further promote and apply in clinical practice.
