采用左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗甲状腺功能减退患者的效果

Effect of Hypothyroidism with Levothyroxine Sodium Combined with Selenium Supplementation

目的探讨甲状腺功能减退患者利用左甲状腺素钠联合补硒的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2019年10月至2021年8月治疗的甲状腺功能减退患者共110例,随机分为两组,每组55例,对照组患者给予左甲状腺素钠治疗,观察组患者采用左甲状腺素钠联合补硒剂治疗,比较两组患者在连续治疗6个月后的甲状腺功能指标、血脂指标及临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率(94.55%)明显高于对照组(83.64%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的各甲状腺指标对比无差异,P>0.05。治疗后,两组促甲状腺激素(TSH)指标均降低,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(4))指标均提升,观察组的降低或提升幅度更大,组间对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的血脂相关指标对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后,两组T总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)指标升高,观察组的降低或升高幅度更大,组间对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论左甲状腺素钠联合硒酵母联合治疗甲状腺功能减退患者的效果显著,能够明显改善甲状腺功能指标和血脂指标。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium supplementation in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 110 patients with hypothyroidism treated by our hospital from October 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups of 55 cases in each group.The control group patients were given levothyroxine sodium treatment,the observation group were treated by levothyroxine sodium combined selenium supplements treatment,compared two groups of patients in the treatment for six consecutive months after thyroid function index,lipid indicators and clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(94.55%)was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(83.64%),and the data were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the thyroid indexes of the two groups were not significantly different,and the differences were not statistically significant,P>0.05.After treatment,the TSH indexes of both groups decreased,FT_(3) and FT_(4) indexes increased,and the decrease or increase in the observation group was greater,and the comparison difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Before treatment,the blood lipid-related indexes of the two groups were not significantly different,P>0.05.After treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C indexes were reduced in both groups,HDL-C indexes increased,and the decrease or increase in the observation group was greater,and the contrast difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium yeast in the treatment of hypothyroidism patients can improve the clinical treatment effect,significantly improve thyroxine function indicators and lipid indicators.
