富血小板血浆宫腔灌注治疗顽固性子宫内膜薄的护理观察研究

Nursing Observation of Intrauterine Perfusion of Platelet-rich Plasma in the Treatment of Refractory Thin Endometrium

目的探讨富血小板血浆宫腔灌注治疗顽固性子宫内膜薄的护理效果。方法选择2021年12月至2022年12月顽固性子宫内膜薄患者82例为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组联合富血小板血浆宫腔灌注治疗,两组干预过程中均实施常规护理,比较两组黄体酮日子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇(E_(2))、移植胚胎数、胚胎着床率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、早期流产、满意度及知晓率。结果两组治疗后黄体酮日子宫内膜厚度及E_(2)水平得到改善;观察组子宫内膜厚度和E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早期流产率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后干预方法、服务态度及干预效果满意度和治疗原理、定期复查及治疗预后知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆宫腔灌注用于顽固性子宫内膜薄中,能改善患者子宫内膜厚度及E_(2)水平,能提高胚胎着床率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率,降低早期流产率,可获得较高的满意度及知晓率。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of intrauterine perfusion of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of refractory thin endometrium.Methods A total of 82 patients with refractory thin endometrium from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with platelet rich plasma intrauterine perfusion therapy.During the intervention,the two groups were given routine nursing.The endometrial thickness on the day of progesterone,estradiol(E_(2)),number of transferred embryos,embryo implantation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,early abortion,satisfaction and awareness rate were compared between the two groups.Results The endometrial thickness and E_(2) levels were improved in the progesterone day after treatment in both groups.The endometrial thickness and E_(2) level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The early abortion rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the intervention method,service attitude,satisfaction with intervention effect,treatment principle,regular review and treatment prognosis awareness rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intrauterine perfusion of platelet-rich plasma in patients with refractory thin endometrium can improve the endometrial thickness and E_(2) level,improve the embryo implantation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate,and reduce the early abortion rate.It can obtain high satisfaction and awareness rate.
