基于马斯洛层次理论的心理护理对真菌性角膜炎患者心理状态及睡眠情况的影响

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Based on Maslow's Hierarchy Theory on the Psychological State and Sleep Status of Patients with Fungal Keratitis

目的探究基于马斯洛层次理论的心理护理对真菌性角膜炎患者心理状态及睡眠情况的影响。方法以本院自2019年1月至2021年9月抽取的300例真菌性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照系统随机形式设置两组各150例,观察组采用马斯洛层次理论的心理护理,对照组给予常规干预,比较两组患者护理前后心理状态和睡眠质量。结果干预前,两组患者各项量表无统计差异(P>0.05);干预后3周,对照组焦虑、抑郁情绪比观察组高(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对患有真菌性角膜炎患者应用基于马斯洛层理论的心理护理,可提升患者的睡眠质量,改善心理状态,利于患者预后,值得各个科室借鉴采纳。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy theory on the psychological state and sleep status of patients with fungal keratitis.Methods Three hundred cases of fungal keratitis patients were selected from this hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 as the research objects.Two groups of 150 cases were set up in a random manner according to the system.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was taken by Maslow psychological nursing based on hierarchy theory compares the mental state and sleep quality of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the scales of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);3 weeks after the intervention,the anxiety and depression of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05);The sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,daytime dysfunction and total sleep scores of the group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological care based on Maslow's theory for patients with fungal keratitis can improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their psychological state,and facilitate the rapid prognosis of patients.It is worthy of reference and adoption by various departments.
