舒适护理联合健康宣教在传染性软疣患儿中的应用价值

Application Value of Comfort Nursing Combined with Health Education in Molluscum Contagiosum Children

目的探究舒适护理联合健康宣教应用于传染性软疣患儿治疗期间的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年12月在本儿童医院皮肤科门诊进行治疗的170例传染性软疣患儿的临床资料,所有观察对象均在门诊接受刮疣治疗,根据其治疗期间的护理方式,将采用常规护理的85例患儿纳入对照组,将应用舒适护理联合健康宣教的85例患儿纳入观察组。参考主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)评分标准评估两组的生活质量改善情况,比较两组自干预首日至治疗结束当日不良反应(感染、色素沉着、瘢痕)总发生率,比较两组家属满意度,随访3个月记录其症状复发情况。结果治疗结束当日,两组ISLQ认知部分及情感部分评分均高于干预首日,观察组ISLQ认知部分及情感部分评分均高于对照组治疗结束当日水平(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为2.35%,低于对照组的12.94%(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.53%,低于对照组的17.65%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护士护理服务、人文关怀的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于传染性软疣患儿治疗期间实施舒适护理联合健康宣教,可对疾病相关不良反应起到防控作用,减少复发,促进患儿生活质量改善,获得患儿家属对临床护理工作的认可。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing combined with health education in the treatment of molluscum contagiosum children.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 170 children with molmola contagiosum treated in the dermatology outpatient department of the Children's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.All the observed subjects received wart scraping treatment in the outpatient department.According to their nursing methods during treatment,85 children with routine nursing were included in the control group,85 children with comfort nursing and health education were included in the observation group.The improvement of quality of life in the two groups was assessed using the subjective quality of life questionnaire(ISLQ).The total incidence of adverse events(infection,hyperpigmentation,scarring)from the first day of intervention to the end of treatment was compared between the two groups,and family satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Symptom recurrence was recorded at 3 months follow-up.Results At the end of treatment,ISLQ cognitive and affective scores were higher in both groups than on the first day of intervention,and ISLQ cognitive and affective scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the end of treatment(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was 2.35%,lower than 12.94%of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.53%,lower than 17.65%of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing combined with health education during the treatment of molluscum contagiosum children can play a role in the prevention and control of disease-related adverse reactions,reduce recurrence,improve the quality of life of children,and obtain the recognition of clinical nursing work of children's families.
