基于《黄帝内经》探析金元医家对发热的认识及治法

Analysis on the Understanding and Treatment of Fever by Physicians in Jin and Yuan Dynasties Based on the Huangdi Neijing Huangdi Neijing

发热是临床当中最为常见的症状,早在《黄帝内经》中就记载了相关的病因病机以及治法。金元时期,各个医家基于《黄帝内经》创新了学术思想,对火热的病机以及发热的表现做出了详细的论述,刘完素主从玄府气机的角度探讨了火郁理论,李东垣从脾胃入手探讨了阴火上冲的理论,朱丹溪则从君火相火探讨了阴虚火旺的病机,故此文从《黄帝内经》出发,探讨刘完素、李东垣、朱丹溪3位医家对于火热疾病的病机认识以及相关治法,以望能拓宽临床治疗火热疾病的思路。

Fever is the most common symptom in clinic.The relevant etiology,pathogenesis and treatment have been recorded as early as the Huangdi Neijing.During the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,various physicians innovated their academic ideas based on the Huangdi Neijing and made a detailed discussion on the pathogenesis of fire and heat and the manifestation of fever.Liu Wansu mainly discussed the theory of fire depression from the perspective of Xuanfu qi movement mechanism.Li Dongyuan discussed the theory of yin and fire rising from the spleen and stomach,and Zhu Danxi discussed the pathogenesis of yin deficiency and fire flourishing from the perspective of sovereign fire and ministerial fire.This article,starting from Huangdi Neijing,discussed the pathogenesis and related treatment of fire and heat diseases of Liu Wansu,Li Dongyuan and Zhu Danxi,in order to broaden the treatment ideas of clinical treatment of fire and heat diseases.
