四逆散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛临床观察

Sini Powder and Sijunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain

目的分析四逆散合四君子汤加减治疗胃脘痛的效果。方法选取沈阳急救中心82例胃脘痛患者开展本次研究,时间2020年4月—2021年4月,随机将其均分为对照组41例(行奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗)和观察组41例(行中医治疗),比较2组的胃动素和胃泌素水平、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后,与对照组的胃动素和胃泌素水平相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组胃胀、嗳气和反酸的中医证候积分相比,观察组均明显偏低(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率97.56%(40/41)高于对照组的82.93%(34/41)(P<0.05)。结论给予胃脘痛患者四逆散合四君子汤加减治疗能够显著提升临床效果,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Sini powder and Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods A total of 82 patients with epigastric pain in Shenyang Emergency Center were selected for this study.From April 2020 to April 2021,they were randomly divided into a control group of 41 cases(treated with omeprazole)and an observation group of 41 cases(traditional Chinese medicine treatment).The levels of motilin and gastrin,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of bloating,belching and acid reflux in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than that of the control group(82.93%,34/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion Sini powder and Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients and has promotion value.
