通络解毒法联合西医基础治疗轻中度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎临床观察

Clearing Collaterals and Detoxifying Method Combined with Western Medicine Foundation Treatment in Treating Mild and Moderate Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis

目的观察轻、中度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者应用通络解毒法联合西医基础治疗的临床效果。方法将82例轻、中度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用西医基础治疗+醋酸泼尼松和(或)环磷酰胺治疗,观察组采用西医基础治疗+通络解毒方治疗。治疗3个月后,比较2组患者治疗前后实验室指标(尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能),并对2组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率进行评价。结果治疗后2组患者实验室各项指标表达较本组治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降更为明显,治疗后2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组临床总有效率85.37%(35/41)高于对照组的68.29%(28/41);观察组不良反应发生率4.88%(2/41)低于对照组的34.15%(14/41),不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络解毒法联合西医基础治疗对轻、中度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎疗效显著,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of clearing collaterals and detoxifying method combined with western medicine foundation treatment in treating mild and moderate mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.Methods 82 patients with mild and moderate mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western basic treatment,prednisone acetate and(or)cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with Western basic treatment and clearing collaterals and detoxifying method.After 3 months of treatment,laboratory indicators(urinary red blood cell count,24 h urinary protein quantification,renal function)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results After treatment,the expression of laboratory indicators in 2 groups was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the decline was more obvious in the observation group.After treatment,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.37%(35/41)higher than that of the control group(68.29%,28/41).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.88%(2/41),which was lower than that in the control group(34.15%,14/41),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clearing collaterals and detoxifying method combined with Western medicine foundation treatment is effective and safe in treating mild and moderate mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.
