痰热清治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎对细胞因子的影响

Effect of Tanreqing on Cytokines in the Treatment of COVID-19

目的分析痰热清治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床效果。方法将58例于九江市第三人民医院诊治的新型冠状病毒肺炎非危重型患者纳入此次研究中,遴选时间为2020年2月—2020年3月,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(29例,行常规治疗)和观察组(29例,行痰热清治疗),将2组患者实验室指标、并发症情况及转为危重型肺炎发生率进行对比分析。结果2组患者治疗后各项实验室指标较治疗前均显著降低,且观察组患者低于对照组;观察组患者神经、呼吸等系统并发症总发生率13.79%(4/29)低于对照组患者的37.93%(11/29);危重型肺炎发生率6.90%(2/29)低于对照组患者的27.59%(8/29)(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者采用痰热清治疗,在改善细胞因子水平、降低炎症反应、缓解临床症状、降低危重型肺炎的发生率方面较常规治疗而言更具积极作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tanreqing on patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods A total of 58 non-critically ill COVID-19 patients treated in Jiujiang Third People’s Hospital were selected from February 2020 to March 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(29 cases,received conventional treatment)and observation group(29 cases,received Tanreqing treatment).The laboratory indicators,complications and incidence of severe pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,all the laboratory indexes in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;The total incidence of neurological and respiratory complications in the observation group was 13.79%(4/29),which was lower than that in the control group37.93%(11/29).The incidence of severe pneumonia was 6.90%(2/29),which was lower than that of control group(27.59%,8/29)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing in the treatment of COVID-19 patients has more positive effects than conventional treatment in improving the level of cytokines,reducing inflammatory response,relieving clinical symptoms and reducing the incidence of critical pneumonia.
