中医药教育培养模式现状及当前中医药课程体系下的课程融合性教学实践 被引量:1

The Present Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education and Training Mode and the Integrative Teaching Practice under the Current Traditional Chinese Medicine Curriculum System

摘要 对当前中医药院校教育改革的模式进行了简要的概括,依据中医药院校中医专业改革以提升学生辨证论治能力的核心点,提出了在目前课程体系保持稳定的基础上的课程融合性教学的理念,并进行了实践性探讨。此研究通过融合与辨证论治密切相关的中医诊断学和临床中药学2门课程,以案例教学的方式培养学生的辨证论治能力。课程教学实践的对比研究结果显示,这2门课程的融合能获得较为满意的效果,学生从主观认识能力到案例分析能力均表现出显著的提高。 This paper briefly summarized the current mode of educational reform in university of Chinese medicine,According to the core point of the reform of traditional Chinese medicine specialty in university of Chinese medicine to improve students’ability of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the idea of curriculum integration teaching on the basis of maintaining the stability of the current curriculum system was put forward,and the practical discussion was carried out.In this study,the students’ability of syndrome differentiation and treatment was cultivated by case teaching through the integration of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical pharmacy,which are closely related to syndrome differentiation and treatment.The results of the comparative study of course teaching practice showed that the integration of the two courses can obtain satisfactory results,and students have significantly improved their subjective cognition ability and case analysis ability.
