针刺联合益肾通络督脉灸治疗良性前列腺增生

Acupuncture Combined with Yishen Tongluo Dumai Moxibustion for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:观察针刺联合益肾通络督脉灸法治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的临床疗效。方法:将BPH患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组35例,观察组采用针刺联合益肾通络督脉灸治疗,对照组口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,以4周为1个疗程,经过1个疗程的治疗后,观察治疗前后两组患者国际前列腺症状评分(international Prostate Symptom Score,I-PSS)、膀胱残余尿量(post-void residual urine,PVR)、最大尿流率(maximum flow rate,Qmax)、生活质量评分(quality of life Score,QOL)等指标的变化。结果:与对照组(有效率58.8%)比较,观察组有效率(75.8%)显著升高(P<0.05);观察组在I-PSS评分、QOL评分、PVR、Qmax等指标改善方面效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合益肾通络督脉灸治疗BPH疗效可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion for benefiting the kidney,dredging collaterals and Du Meridian in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were randomly divided into an observation group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yishen Tongluo Dumai moxibustion.Release capsules,taking 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the international Prostate Symptom Score(I-PSS),post-void residual urine(PVR),maximum flow rate(Qmax),Quality of Life Score(QOL)and other indicators.Results:Compared with the control group(effective rate 58.8%),the effective rate(75.8%)of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05);The improvement of I-PSS score,QOL score,PVR,Qmax and other indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with YishenTongluo Dumai moxibustion is effective in treating BPH.
