架空电力线路与塔机安全距离及其隔离防护设置的探讨

Discussion on the Safety Distance between Overhead Power Lines and Tower Crane and Its Insulating Protective Measure

塔式起重机起重臂跨越架空电力线路作业,在施工现场是一个整改难度较大的问题。由于起重机械检验规程对此项目的要求阐述并不十分明确,业内对电力行业的相关法律、行政法规和标准又接触较少,导致施工现场对该项目的整改方案很多都不符合相关要求。文章通过对相关法律、行政法规和标准的研究,提出了一些符合要求的整改措施,并重点阐述了绝缘隔离防护措施应如何设置,希望能引起业内相关人员的重视,切实消除安全隐患,规避自身风险。

The issue of tower crane crossing overhead power lines is difficult to handle in the construction site.Because of the requirements of the lifting appliances inspection regulation for this issue is not very clear and the industry has little contact with the relevant laws,administrative regulations and standards of the power industry,there are many rectification programs for this issue which do not meet the relevant requirements.Based on the study of relevant laws,administrative regulations and standards,this paper puts forward some rectification measures that meet the requirements,then it focuses on how to set up insulating protective measures,hoping to cause the attention of the relevant personnel in the industry,effectively eliminate the hidden safety hazards and avoid their own risks.
