电梯轿门监控信号的检验案例分析

在我国城镇化进程和基础设施建设的推进下,电梯数量随之不断增加,新技术不断应用到电梯的安全保护功能中,相应的检规和标准也在不断修订。自TSG T7001—2009第2号修改单实施以来,各厂家关于轿门监控信号的设计方案和实现路径有所不同,因此在检验过程中会不断遇到一些新情况和新问题。本文介绍了2个关于轿门监控信号的检验案例,进行检验分析和风险评价,并提出对应的降低风险的措施,以期为轿门监控信号的检验工作提供实践参考。

With the progress of urbanization and infrastructure construction in China,the number of elevators is increasing,new technologies are constantly applied to the safety protection function of elevators,and corresponding inspection regulations and standards are constantly revised.Since the implementation of No.2 revision sheet of TSG T7001:2009,the design schemes and implementation paths of monitoring signal for elevator car door of different manufacturers are different,so some new situations and problems will be encountered in the inspection process.This paper introduces two inspection cases about the monitoring signal of elevator car door,carries out inspection analysis and risk evaluation,and puts forward corresponding measures to reduce risks,in order to provide practical reference for inspection of monitoring signal of elevator car door.
