钢衬聚四氟乙烯压力管道定期检验策略和方法探讨

Discussion on Strategies and Methods for Periodic Inspection of Steel Pressure Pipes Linked with PTFE

钢衬聚四氟乙烯压力管道由于结构的特殊性,缺乏有效的检验检测方法。本文结合TSG D7005—2018《压力管道定期检验规则——工业管道》的检验项目,探讨了定期检验的重点内容和检验方法。最后,根据检验过程中发现的问题,提出了钢衬聚四氟乙烯压力管道在生产、使用、检验和监管环节的建议,以减少该类压力管道在运行过程中存在的安全隐患。

Steel pressure pipes linked with PTFE lacks effective inspection&detection methods due to the particularity of the structure.This paper combines the inspection project in the TSG D7005:2018 Periodic Inspection Regulation for Industrial Pressure Piping to discuss the key content and inspection methods for periodic inspection of steel pressure pipes linked with PTFE.Finally,According to the issues found during the inspection process,this paper proposed the recommendations of the steel pressure pipes linked with PTFE in production,use,inspection,and supervision to reduce the safety hazard of this kind of pressure pipes during operation.
