电梯轿厢意外移动保护装置应用研究

摘要 GB 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》(XG1—2015)提出轿厢意外移动保护装置要求以来,国内市场种类繁多,组合多样,给电梯从业人员带了困扰和忧虑。本文从检测子系统、制停子系统和自监测子系统3个方面对轿厢意外移动保护装置进行分析,并从轿厢制停情况和制停部件的自监测功能进行检验流程验证,最后通过典型案例判定轿厢移动距离,可以更加深入理解轿厢意外移动保护装置。 Since GB 7588:2003 Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Electric Lifts(XG1:2015)put forward the requirements of unintended car movement protection device,there are many kinds and combinations in the domestic market,which has brought troubles and worries to elevator practitioners.In this paper,the unintended car movement protection device is analyzed from three aspects:detection subsystem,stop subsystem and self-monitoring subsystem,and verified from the car stop condition and the self-monitoring function inspection process of stop components.Finally,the car moving distance is determined through typical cases,which can further understand the car accidental movement protection device.
