摘要
某企业氮气储罐服役期限即将达到设计年限,经检测后发现该储罐存在超标缺陷。依据TSG 21—2016中7.1.7条规定对该储罐进行超设计使用年限评价;依据GB/T 19624—2019对储罐存在的超标缺陷进行评价。结果表明:在最高工作压力不高于3.9 MPa且最高工作温度不高于40℃的条件下,超标缺陷不影响该储罐运行;储罐可继续服役至下一检验周期。
A certain enterprise’s nitrogen storage tank is about to reach its designed service life,which is found through testing that the tank has defects exceeding the standard.According to the provisions of Article 7.1.7 of TSG 21:2016,the storage tank was evaluated for its extended service;according to GB/T 19624:2019,evaluation was conducted on defects exceeding the standard.The results show that when the maximum working pressure is not higher than 3.9 MPa and the maximum working temperature is not higher than 40℃,the exceeding defects do not affect the operation of the storage tank;the storage tank can continue to serve until the next inspection cycle.
