As the main force of handling equipment,forklift plays a very important role in all walks of life.However,with the widespread use of forklift,forklift accidents occur frequently.This paper starts from a forklift accident,analyzes the cause of the accident,and analyzes and expounds the possible risks and hazards caused by unauthorized modification in combination with other unauthorized modification examples encountered in forklift inspection site.It is clear that the safe use of forklift trucks can reduce the risk of accidents only by establishing a sound management system and strictly complying with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
