摘要
研究橡胶树种子性状相关基因对橡胶籽在生物柴油开发利用方面具有重要意义。基于全基因组关联分析数据挖掘、基因组共线性分析和基因序列同源分析,在橡胶树reyan7-33-97品种中共预测到49个影响种子性状的基因,进一步获取这些基因在3种组织(根,茎和种子)中的表达图谱,并根据差异表达分析挖掘这些基因在不同组织发挥作用的异同。对橡胶树miRNA靶位点预测显示,这些种子性状相关候选基因可能受miRNA调控。通过构建橡胶树蛋白互作网络,发现有16个橡胶树种子性状候选基因存在间接蛋白相互作用从而影响种子性状。研究结果为进一步开发利用橡胶籽提供了一定的工作基础。
Identifying genes related to seed traits in Hevea brasiliensis is important for biodiesel development.Based on genome-wide association analysis,genome collinearity analysis,and gene sequence homology analysis,this research has identified 49 such genes related to seed characteristic traits in the variety reyan7-33-97.The expression patterns of these genes were examined in different tissues(roots,stems,and seeds),and differentially expressed genes were also analyzed,in order to explore their functions in tissue level.In addition,the prediction of miRNA targets in Hevea presented the expression of those genes related to seed traits may be regulated by miRNAs.By constructing a protein interaction network of H.brasiliensis,it was discovered that 16 candidate genes related to seed traits indirectly interact with proteins that affect seed traits.The findings of this research provide a foundation for the future development and utilization of Hevea seeds.
