摘要 直升机在外场使用过程中出现金属屑是较常见的故障现象。金属屑的形貌一般有粉沫状、块状、片状、长条状等,来源一般有外来异物、机加残留、零件异常磨损等。金属屑的危害与其来源、尺寸、材质、残留位置等息息相关,一般来讲非产品自身失效破坏产生的金属屑对于阿赫耶发动机的危害较轻,可以通过相应的检查手段进行判断、分析并处理,而因零件间刮蹭、磨损、失效破裂等原因产生的金属屑则危害较大,需要对产品进行局部或全部分解检查和维修。 It is a common fault phenomenon for helicopters to produce metal chips during their use in the field.The morphology of metal chips generally includes powder,block,sheet,and strip shapes,and the sources are usually foreign objects,machining residue,and abnormal wear of parts.The harm of metal debris is closely related to its source,size,material,and residual position.Generally speaking,metal chips produced by non-product self-failure has relatively mild harm to the Arriel engine and can be judged,analyzed,and processed through corresponding inspection methods.However,metal chips produced by friction,wear,and failure of parts have greater harm and require partial or complete disassembly inspection and maintenance of the product.
