竞赛用碳纤维工字桥梁结构优化设计与试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 复合材料由于具有比强度高、比刚度高、可设计性强等优点,因此,在给定工况下,进行结构优化设计来充分发挥其力学性能是十分必要的。以SAMPE碳纤维工字梁为优化对象,依据竞赛图纸要求,综合运用Hyperworks和OptiStruct分析软件对工字梁的铺层、自由尺寸、铺层方向等进行了优化设计,同时,充分考虑碳纤维工字梁制造工艺性要求,确定了碳纤维工字梁优化结构,最终通过试验验证得到该设计的碳纤维工字梁是该赛事以来满足承载以及变形条件中最轻的桥梁。 Due to its advantages such as high specific strength,high specific stiffness,and strong designability,composite materials need to be optimized for structural design to fully exploit their mechanical properties under given working conditions.Taking SAMPE carbon fiber I-beam as the optimization object and based on the competition drawings requirements,Hyperworks and OptiS-truct analysis software are comprehensively used to optimize the layup,free dimension,and layup direction of the I-beam.At the same time,considering the manufacturing process requirements of the carbon fiber I-beam,the optimized structure of the carbon fiber I-beam is determined.Finally,the experiment proves that this carbon fiber I-beam bridge is the lightest one to meet the load and deformation conditions since the competition began.
