新农科背景下地方应用型本科高校产业学院建设路径探析——以潍坊科技学院智慧蔬菜产业学院为例

该文以潍坊科技学院智慧蔬菜产业学院为例,阐述高校现代产业学院的建设背景,现代产业学院建设过程中的实践举措与创新成效,包括完善产业学院管理体制机制;创新构建四园一体化互动发展的人才培养模式,提升专业建设质量;开发校企合作课程,合作编写教材;校企融合,共建实习实训基地;建设高水平教师队伍;搭建产学研服务平台等。成果应用于园艺等本、专科专业,实现跨学院、跨学科、跨专业的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才培养。

Taking the Smart Vegetable Industry College of Weifang University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper expounds the background of the construction of the modern industry college in colleges and universities,the practical measures and innovative results in the construction of the modern industry college,including perfecting the management system and mechanism of industrial college;innovating and constructing the talent training mode of integrated and interactive development of the four parks to improve the quality of professional construction;developing school-enterprise cooperative courses and compiling teaching materials.School-enterprise integration,the joint construction of practice and training base,the construction of high-level teachers,the construction of industry-university-research service platform,and so on.The research results are applied to the undergraduate and junior college majors of Weifang University of Science and Technology,such as horticulture,to realize the cultivation of high-quality applied,compound and innovative talents across colleges,disciplines and multi-disciplinary.
