医院、社区及家庭精神康复模式的研究进展(综述)

Review of hospital psychiatric rehabilitation model,community psychiatric rehabilitation model and family psychiatric rehabilitation model

精神障碍作为一个全球性的问题,给患者、患者家庭以及社会带来了沉重负担,目前国内外关于医学技术、医疗器械更新,或某项精神疾病治疗手段的研究较为成熟;同时精神康复领域也逐渐显示出潜在研究价值。本文主要通过阅读相关文献,对精神康复的常见模式进行综述,并提出未来精神康复应基于医院康复模式,结合中国传统“家文化”的社会背景,借鉴国外社区康复模式,构建精神康复共同体的理念。

As a global problem,mental disorders has brought a heavy burden to patients,their families and society.At present,domestic and foreign research on medical technology,medical equipment update,or a treatment method for mental disease is mature.At the same time,the field of mental rehabilitation has gradually shown potential research value.This paper reviews common models of psychiatric rehabilitation by reviewing the relevant literature,and proposes that the future mental rehabilitation should be based on hospital psychiatric rehabilitation model,combined with the social background of Traditional Chinese"family culture",and draw lessons from the model of community rehabilitation abroad to jointly build the concept of mental rehabilitation community.
