线上社群的积极事件分享和反馈对实习教师幸福感影响的干预

摘要 目的:探讨基于线上社群的积极事件分享和反馈干预对实习教师幸福感的影响。方法:采取2(实验组/对照组)X3(前测/后测/追踪测)的实验设计,基于微信群对122名北京市和河南省3所师范院校的实习教师进行了为期14天的积极事件分享和反馈干预,并在两周后进行了追踪测试。结果:经过积极事件分享和反馈干预,实验组被试在情绪幸福感、心理幸福感和社会幸福感的水平上得到明显提高,干预具有即时性效果。一个月后追踪测得分仍显著高于前测得分,同时与后测得分没有显著差异,干预持续性效果显著。结论:线上社群的积极事件分享和反馈干预对实习教师情绪幸福感、心理幸福感和社会幸福感均具有显著性影响,且影响具有延时效果。 Objective:To explore the effects of an online community-based positive event sharing and feedback intervention on student teachers'well-being.Methods:An experimental design of 2(experimental group/control group)*3(Pre-test/Post-test/follow-up test)was adopted to conduct positive event sharing and feedback intervention on 122 student teachers from three normal colleges in Beijing and Henan Province for 14 days based on Wechat group,and follow-up test was conducted two weeks later.Results:After positive event sharing and feedback intervention,the level of emotional well-being,psychological well-being and social well-being of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the intervention had an immediate effect.One month later,the follow-up score was still significantly higher than the pre-test score,while there was no significant difference between the post-test score and the follow-up score,indicating a significant lasting effect of intervention.Conclusion:The online community-based positive event sharing and feedback intervention has a significant effect on the emotional well-being,psychological well-being,and social well-being of the student teachers,and the effect has a delayed effect.
