宣肺通窍针法联合大椎穴温针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

Clinical Study of Xuanfei Tongqiao Acupuncture Combined with DU14 Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of AR

目的:观察宣肺通窍针法联合大椎穴温针灸对变应性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法:60例变应性鼻炎患者按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,对照组口服氯雷他定片治疗,试验组予以宣肺通窍针法联合大椎穴温针灸治疗,治疗时间均为4周。分别于治疗前、治疗2周后与治疗4周后记录两组患者鼻症状总分、鼻伴随症状总分与症状体征总分情况,采用免疫荧光染色及流式细胞仪测定外周血中CD_(4+)、CD_(8+)含量,在治疗过程中记录患者不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者治疗1个疗程、两个疗程后鼻症状总分与鼻伴随症状总分、鼻部症状体征总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者治疗1个疗程、两个疗程后CD_(4+)水平与CD_(4+)/CD_(8+)比值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD_(8+)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重并发症或全身不适症状,温针灸组操作过程中无艾条烫伤情况。结论:宣肺通窍针法联合大椎穴温针灸能改善AR患者鼻部症状、伴随症状和鼻部体征,能调节AR患者的免疫功能,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao(dispersing Lung and opening orifice)acupuncture combined with Dazhui(DU14)needle-warming moxibustion in treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:60 patients with AR were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablet,and the study group was treated with Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture combined with DU14 needle-warming moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Total scores of nasal symptoms,nasal concomitant symptoms,and main nasal symptoms and signs were recorded before the treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment in the two groups.Contents of CD_(4+)and CD_(8+)in peripheral blood were measured by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry,and adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment.Results:The total scores of nasal symptoms,nasal concomitant symptoms,and main nasal symptoms and signs were lower in the study group than those in the control group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).The level of CD_(4+)and the ratio of CD_(4+)/CD_(8+)were higher(P<0.05),and the level of/CD_(8+)was lower in the study group than those in the control group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious complications or general discomfort in the two groups during the treatment,and there was no moxa burning damage in the study group during moxibustion.Conclusion:Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture combined with DU14 needle-warming moxibustion can improve nasal symptoms,concomitant symptoms and nasal signs of AR patients,it can regulate immune function of AR patients,without obvious adverse reactions.
