杨继国教授“深潭汲水法”针刺大肠俞配合髋三针治疗股骨头坏死经验

Professor YANG Jiguo s Experience in Treating ONFH by Needling BL25 Combined with Hip Three-Needling

本研究总结杨继国教授治疗股骨头坏死的临床经验。杨继国教授认为本病多因外邪侵袭所致气血运行不畅,经脉闭阻是其主要病机,为本虚标实之证,多累及肝脾肾三脏。临床诊治遵循“通则不痛”的治疗原则,治以疏通局部经络气血为主,经多年临床经验创立了“深潭汲水法”针刺大肠俞配合髋三针治疗股骨头坏死,取得了较好的临床效果。

This study summarized the clinical experience of Professor YANG Jiguo in treating osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH).Professor YANG believes that the disease is mostly caused by the invasion of external pathogens,which leads to the poor circulation of Qi and blood.The blockage of meridians is the main pathogenesis.It is featured in deficient root and excess manifestations.ONFH mostly involves internal organs of Liver,Spleen and Kidney.The clinical diagnosis and treatment follows the treatment principle of‘no pain under smooth circulation’,and the treatment is mainly to dredge local meridians to circulate blood and Qi.After many years of clinical experience,the therapy of needling Dachangshu(BL25)combined with hip three-needling is established to treat ONFH,and has achieved significant effects.
